If you are looking to:
review your card purchases, print tax receipts, print, reprint or re-email a Markmakers CARD, click "my account" on the menu and enter your user name and password. Cards can always be reprinted or re-emailed (as many times as you like) from your "my account."
verify that their transaction went through? If it went through it will be listed (w/receipt) in your" my account." If not, you were not charged.
As we note on the purchase page instructions, please double CHECK your order before you confirm your purchase to ensure that the recipient's name, dollar value and gift giver's display name are correct.
Unfortunately we CANNOT modify these variables after purchase. Also note that you can use only one display name per transaction (the last one you use will apply to all). If you need to use several gift giver display names, you must do separate transactions.
As for CANADIAN orders, unfortunately we are not set up to handle them. Perhaps next year.
